Ian Goodall
Personal Trainer
People come to me when they’re unsure what they really need from exercise, or they’ve tried plans that never quite stick. Together we clarify goals, limitations, and daily realities, then design training and lifestyle habits that are simple, realistic, and sustainable. My coaching blends strength, mobility, and behaviour change so clients feel stronger, move better, and know exactly how to keep progressing on their own

Amelia Key
Pilates/Yoga Instructor
Amelia’s journey with movement began as a personal challenge. She initially found the stillness of yoga uncomfortable, but over time she discovered the strength, balance, and self-awareness that come from slowing down. More than a decade into her teaching career, that early challenge continues to shape the thoughtful and grounded way she now guides others.
With training in Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Amelia offers a well-rounded approach that supports strength, mobility, and recovery alongside mindful movement. She believes the holistic aspects of yoga—breath, focus, and body awareness—are not separate from fitness, but an essential complement to it.
Her style is supportive, accessible, and gently encouraging, creating space for people to build physical strength while also feeling more connected and balanced in their bodies.
Francis Fleury
Barre Concept & Yoga Instructor
My journey into teaching began through training at drama school, where I developed a strong appreciation for movement, body awareness, and expression. Teaching performing arts across local schools and clubs remains an important part of my career, shaping the supportive and confidence-building environment I aim to create in all of my classes.
Yoga was a long-standing personal practice that eventually inspired me to deepen my knowledge through a 200-hour yoga teacher training, before expanding into Barre. My approach combines mindful movement with targeted strength work, helping clients build resilience, prevent injury, and move with confidence for the long term.
I aim to create classes that feel encouraging and accessible, supporting people to explore their capabilities, unlock potential, and develop a sustainable relationship with movement.
